Balance of Physical DPS and Healing abilities.
UB deals a lot of damage, typically able to one-shot most non-Miyako enemy Fronts.
Healing field is AOE and over time, which helps deal with continuous damage compared to a single target massive heal like Maho.
Significant amount of damage requires "laughing counterattack" to work.
Healing over time is less effective against massive single target damage (e.g. Rei).
Healing field is relatively small and will not work on Back or even some Middle characters.
How to Party:
Lima: Lima is a good Front tank that requires some healing to stay alive in long fights. Akino's heal will work nicely with Lima while also not completely ruining Lima's enemy displacement.
Nozomi: Akino can provide some additional DPS while her healing field will keep Nozomi alive longer.
Miyako: similar to Nozomi, Akino can help heal Miyako in addition to Miyako's incredible healing kit. Also allows Akino's healing field to restore Akino's health if Akino takes damage during Miyako's transformation periods.
